Salomé Human-Vogel, PhD
I have been registered as an Educational Psychologist since 1995. I work from a systemic perspective and I have a specific professional interest in helping families to adjust to various life stressors and transitions. I believe that families can do better if they focus on their relationships with one another and improve how they relate to each other, rather than blaming or fixing each other.
I am fluent in English and Afrikaans.
I have a PhD in Educational Psychology, and I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Board of Healthcare Providers (BPS). My experience includes working with families facing a range of life stressors, and going through life transitions.
I am completing an LLB in 2025, and I have also completed a 40 hour certificate in family mediation. As an independent and objective mediator, I am well-prepared to assist families to negotiate the trauma of divorce, and to help parents craft parenting plans that will preserve family relationships and optimise the wellbeing of the children.
